Principal Psychologist: Marta Arce Casas

Marta is a psychologist, passionate about neurodiversity and mental health, working collaboratively with people using an intersectional, holistic, strength-based, integrative, and affirming approach.

She is an ally and has experience working with people from the LGBTQIA+ community. Marta offers psychotherapy for adolescents and adults and assessments for school-age children, adolescents, and adults.

Areas of interest: Difficulties with mood, stress, and anxiety, social and relationship difficulties, emotional distress, trauma recovery, burnout recovery, building a strong sense of identity, thriving as a neurodivergent person (autism and ADHD), parenting support, and life transitions.

Therapeutic approaches: CBT, ACT, Compassion Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused, and DBT, and I am currently working towards my EMDR accreditation. I have completed extensive training in trauma and complex trauma intervention skills, as well as therapeutic interventions for working with neurodivergent individuals.
