Olivia’s Approach;

Olivia works from a holistic perspective, seeing you as a whole and complex person with a unique story—rather than as a collection of symptoms, diagnoses, or painful experiences.

Olivia’s approach is integrative, drawing from psychodynamic, humanistic, attachment-informed, trauma-informed, narrative, and interpersonal traditions. At its core, Olivia’s therapeutic style focuses on understanding the patterns that shape how you relate to yourself and others — and how these patterns have developed over time. This supports a process of growth and change, promoting mental health and well-being. Olivia also aims to integrate practical strategies to assist with symptom management, covering CBT, ACT and EMDR.

Olivia is available for in person appointments and Telehealth on Fridays at the Medical Health Group.
