SONAR PSYCHOLOGY - Marta Arce Casas

Specialising in a collaborative and compassionate evidence-based psychotherapeutic support to address your concerns, helping you to gain insight, understand your needs and processes better, and develop strategies  that support you to live an authentic and fulfilling life.

Our psychologists provide therapy that is affirming of LGBTQIA+ and neurodiversity. They support clients in addressing their concerns whether it is: difficulties with mood, stress and/or anxiety, relationship difficulties, trauma related issues, adjustment difficulties, burnout recovery, understanding and building a strong sense of identity, parenting support and life transitions.

Our psychotherapists are trained in and use evidence based therapeutic approaches such as: Compassion focused therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, schema therapy, solution focused therapy, narrative therapy, trauma recovery (integrative, somatic, EMDR*) and parts work. From a person centred and guided by clients natural processes adapt strategies from cognitive behavioural therapy.

*EMDR, Marta has completed EMDR training and is working towards accreditation with EMDRA.

Ivanna is a Clinical Psychologist - “At The Bridge Psychology, I believe every brain is unique—and so is every journey. My goal is to help you thrive, not just survive, with care that truly fits who you are.”

Ivanna specialises in the assessment and treatment of autism, ADHD, and the commonly co-occurring emotional and behavioural conditions. She works with individuals across the lifespan—from young children to older adults—offering therapy and assessments that are neurodiversity-affirming, evidence-based, and tailored to each person’s unique strengths and goals.

Ivanna's approach is collaborative, respectful, and informed by the latest clinical guidelines, including the Autism CRC National Guidelines. The therapy provided is drawn from a range of therapeutic modalities, including, but not limited to:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • Mindfulness - based approaches
  • Schema Therapy

WELL BEING SPACE GEELONG - Rebecca Evans

Rebecca Evans is a Psychologist who provides a warm, grounded and non-judgmental space for clients to focus on their well-being and work through life’s challenges.

After more than two decades in the corporate and not-for-profit sectors, Rebecca transitioned from a successful career in Marketing and Communications to Psychology, where she now supports people directly and helps them create meaningful and lasting change.​

Rebecca works with adults, adolescents and children, supporting clients through a wide range of emotional, relational and life-stage challenges. When working with young people, she collaborates closely with families, schools and other professionals to foster consistency and shared understanding.

Her areas of focus include anxiety, depression, self-esteem, postnatal experiences, parenting stress, burnout, life transitions and career development. Rebecca uses an integrative, evidence-based approach informed by CBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, Schema Therapy and mindfulness-based strategies.

She also has an interest in supporting neurodivergent individuals—including those with ADHD, Autism and related experiences—using a strengths-affirming, person-centred approach that values each client’s unique way of thinking and being. Rebecca is available for public speaking engagements, as well as school and workplace presentations on mental health and well-being.

Outside the therapy room, she enjoys camping, Pilates, surfing and spending time with friends and family.
